In my vision
Spins a color wheel
With fauns and gnomes
Whispering to me:
Give in to Night
Her bacchic songs
This dream
I slipped in
Her choral mask
Her Thyrsus to which
Your head belongs
Since the movie
We saw those
Years ago
A paradise
Ruled by
Your constellations
And your moon
Protecting us
In its shadows
Be like the tide
Subsumed by
The gravity of
Your shadow side
Our love forbidden
In the kingdom
Of the Sun
Came to blossom
In lunar light
And stardust
They say stardust
Formed the universe
I love you now
And forevermore
Gave birth to
Greater Dionysia
Surrender to her
Orgiastic rituals
A love that
Usurped the throne
Of all good and orderly
All praise be to Kiara!
To make for itself
The seat of
All beautiful and bountiful
All praise be to Kiara!
Your bottom
Is seated on
The throne
All praise be to Kiara!
Eros leads me
To the fountains
That it holds
Form of forms
Kiara be thy name
Highest of high!
Anoint me
In your mysteries
And so it shall be
Now I dream
In cultic bliss
And saintly reveries
The color wheel
Is adorned with white
With the pleasures
Eros hath given me
In the bosoms
Of my little girl
The crevices of
Her godlike curves
This madness that
She takes me to
This poetry she
Awakes in me
In the warmth
Of her arms
In the abyss
Of her legs
Sonatas, paintings
Dramas and ecstasies
In the panting of her breath
In the shadows of the moon!
She makes me into
Constellations
Such heavenly configurations!
In the whimpering of her lips
The quivering of her brow!
The poesy of the kingdom of Night!
Oh my little girl…
From her bosom springs
Milk and honey
My goddess my–
A river of wine
Flows from her tongue
My goddess my bride
Ma princesse my tide
Subsuming me
In divine mystery
My waves gushing forth
At the command of your Moon
I watch my body down below
Sent to heaven by the pleasures
It has come to know.

WOW, that was very stirring! FYI: I tried to follow your blog but it wouldn’t take my email address.
Also, Lucy, not sure what happened with your d’Verse poem from yesterday, but when I clicked on it in Mr. Linky, it said, “oops page does not exist.” Can you check your link or add again please?
